Thermaster D14 - Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer

The Thermaster D14 14-Tray Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer is a high-capacity commercial chilling solution designed for professional kitchens that need to rapidly cool and freeze large batches of prepared food. With space for 14 x 1/1 GN or 14 x 600 x 400 mm Euronorm pans, the D14 can handle up to 56 kg per chilling cycle, making it well suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations, bakeries, hospitals and large-scale food production.
The D14 combines fan-forced evaporator cooling with European condenser and evaporating fans to deliver consistent temperature reduction throughout the cabinet. Its specialised blast-chilling process helps minimise ice crystallisation, helping preserve the texture and quality of food during rapid chilling and freezing.
A digital controller with a food-core probe and temperature display provides precise control during operation, while automatic defrosting and self-evaporating drainage reduce routine maintenance. The stainless-steel interior features rounded corners for easier cleaning and improved hygiene, complemented by a self-closing door for practical commercial use.
