The Tecnodom DO10EA R290 10-Tray Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer is a high-capacity commercial cooling solution designed to rapidly reduce food temperatures, helping professional kitchens improve food safety, production efficiency and product quality. With capacity for 10 GN 1/1 or 600 × 400mm trays, the DO10EA is well suited to restaurants, catering operations, bakeries, hotels, food production facilities and commercial kitchens preparing food in large batches.
The blast chiller can reduce a full 25kg load from +65°C to +10°C in approximately 62 minutes, while its shock-freezing function can take up to 22kg from +65°C to −18°C in approximately 226 minutes. The cabinet can reach temperatures as low as −40°C, with programmable cycles at +3°C, −18°C, −35°C and −40°C for different production requirements.
