The Normann NAT.5 Nortech 5 Tray Premium Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer is engineered for demanding commercial kitchens requiring faster, more controlled chilling and freezing. It accommodates 5 x 1/1 GN 65mm trays and delivers up to 23kg blast chilling and 18kg shock freezing per cycle. The premium Nortech platform combines R290 refrigeration with adjustable fan speeds, a 7-inch touchscreen, core-temperature monitoring and connected HACCP functionality to support consistent food quality and efficient high-volume production.
