The Normann ENT.5UC 5 Tray Undercounter Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer delivers reliable rapid chilling and shock freezing in a compact undercounter commercial format. With capacity for 5 x 1/1 GN trays, it can blast chill up to 18kg from +90°C to +3°C and shock freeze up to 12kg from +90°C to -18°C.
