Tecnodom TD-10NE - Nerone MID Digital 10 Tray Combi Oven

The Tecnodom Nerone MID Digital TD-10NE 10-Tray Combi Oven is a professional electric combi oven designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, catering operations and commercial kitchens requiring versatile cooking capacity in a compact format. With space for 10 trays in either 600 × 400mm or GN 1/1 formats, it provides a flexible platform for baking, roasting, steaming and combination cooking.
The TD-10NE operates across a broad 30°C to 280°C temperature range, giving chefs the flexibility to handle delicate low-temperature cooking as well as higher-temperature baking and roasting. Its combi cooking capability can be used with or without the optional water-injection system, allowing operators to configure the oven around their kitchen requirements.
An 80mm tray spacing provides practical separation between levels while maximising the available chamber capacity. The internal cooking chamber measures 680 × 480 × 840mm, providing substantial production space within an external footprint of just 840mm wide.
