It accommodates 1 x gn 2/1 or en 60x80 trolley and delivers up to 200kg blast chilling and 100kg shock freezing. Its robust single-shell construction, touchscreen controls and roll-in workflow are designed to speed loading and unloading while maintaining precise temperature management across substantial production batches.
