The Zanolli Citizen CTM7E02A PW 6+6 Electric Double Deck Pizza Oven is a high-capacity commercial deck oven designed for busy pizzerias, restaurants and takeaway kitchens. Two independently operated refractory stone chambers accommodate up to six 340mm pizzas each, delivering a total capacity of 12 pizzas per batch. Independent top and bottom heat controls allow operators to fine-tune cooking intensity for consistently crisp bases and evenly cooked toppings, while temperatures up to 400°C support fast professional pizza production.
