Yasaki JDR-520/3N - Floor Model Dough Sheeter

The Yasaki JDR-520/3N Floor Model Dough Sheeter is a heavy-duty commercial dough processing machine designed for bakeries, pizzerias, pastry kitchens, restaurants and high-volume food production environments. Combining a wide 520mm working belt, large hard-chrome rollers and adjustable sheeting thickness from 1 to 35mm, it provides a practical solution for producing consistently rolled dough with less manual effort.
Designed for professional production, the JDR-520/3N can handle dough pieces weighing up to 5kg, making it suitable for preparing pizza bases, pastry, bread dough and other bakery products. The 40mm roller opening provides generous clearance for larger dough portions before progressively reducing them to the required thickness.
Forward and reverse operation gives operators greater control over dough handling, while the substantial conveyor system helps move dough efficiently through the sheeting process. The food-grade conveyor belt is designed specifically for commercial food preparation rather than relying on a cotton-style belt.
