The Unox SPEED.Marks XUC271 is a non-stick aluminium press plate in GN 2/3 format (328 x 355 x 63 mm, 4.7 kg) with a double flat/ribbed surface and a slotted top plate, supplied with a dedicated spatula for quickly placing and removing food. Designed for the Unox SPEED-X range, it offers maximum versatility in sandwich marking, grilling paninis and toasted items on one side or both. The contact-press design delivers consistent grill marks at high-speed service pace.
