The Unox XUC065 is a set of lateral (side) rack supports for BAKERTOP-X ovens that accepts both GN 1/1 and 600 x 400 mm trays in the same cavity. It holds 5 trays at an 80 mm pitch and weighs 4.7 kg. Fitting this support lets bakeries and kitchens switch between gastronorm pans and standard 600 x 400 bakery trays without changing ovens, maximising flexibility from one appliance.
