Giorik PEI915T.RO 900 Series - Electric Boiling Pans 150L

Features:
Make bulk food preparation and cooking a breeze with the Giorik 900 Series Indirect Heating Electric Boiling Pan. The body of the unit is constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel, whilst the higher 316 grade stainless steel pan base ensures superior corrosion resistance.
The boiling pan features a double skinned counterbalanced lid over the unique steam jacketed kettle. This allows for even, indirect heat to cover the entire cooking surface, and limit burning.
The heating elements are positioned inside the jacket gap with Hi-limit temperature protection, and regulation via a 6-position selector. Monitor the jacket pressure with the pressure gauge, safety valve and condensation valve. The pan is then emptied through a convenient front positioned tap with an insulated grip.
Giorik 900 Series Boiling Pans are available in 100L and 150L capacities. All Giorik Boiling Pans are supplied standard with a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration system.
Pair the 900 Series Indirect Heating Electric Boiling Pan with other Giorik 900 Series equipment for a seamless line up.
