The Fagor SBE9-10I 80L Electric Tilting Bratt Pan is a high-capacity commercial cooking appliance designed for professional kitchens that need to prepare large batches efficiently and consistently. With an 80-litre cooking capacity and powerful 12kW electric heating system, it is well suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations, institutional kitchens and other high-volume foodservice environments.

The SBE9-10I uses shielded heating elements controlled by a thermostat, providing adjustable cooking temperatures from 50°C to 315°C. This broad temperature range gives chefs the flexibility to handle a variety of cooking applications, including braising, sautéing, simmering, frying and bulk preparation.

One of the key advantages of this Fagor bratt pan is its tilting design. The tilting mechanism makes it easier to transfer large quantities of cooked food from the pan into containers or serving vessels, helping reduce manual handling and improving workflow during busy kitchen service.
