With 21kW of gas power and two substantial cast-iron cooking grids, the BG9-10 provides a generous 52dm² total grilling area. Each grid measures 410 × 580mm, giving chefs ample space to prepare steaks, fish, chicken, vegetables and other high-volume grilled dishes simultaneously.
The grill uses stainless-steel tubular burners to heat the lava rocks, creating a powerful radiant heat source beneath the cast-iron grids.
