The Fagor Professional WHC-502TBD iNova Concept Pass-Through Dishwasher is a high-performance hood-type commercial dishwasher designed for busy restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering operations and hospitality kitchens where fast turnaround and dependable cleaning are essential. Designed around a standard 500 × 500mm basket, it can process up to 40 baskets per hour, helping commercial kitchens keep plates, glassware, cutlery and cookware moving efficiently through service.
The WHC-502TBD combines a 33-litre wash tank with a 9-litre boiler, providing dedicated capacity for both washing and high-temperature rinsing. The wash system operates at approximately 60°C, followed by an 85°C rinse, supporting professional dishwashing performance and consistent results across repeated cycles.
Operators can select from 55, 75 or 120-second wash programs, allowing the machine to be adapted to different levels of soiling and service requirements. This flexibility is particularly useful in high-volume kitchens where lightly soiled items may need rapid processing while heavily soiled cookware can receive a longer wash.
