Fagor Professional CP-E905 Kore 900 40L Electric Pasta & Noodle Cooker – 12kW
The Fagor Professional CP-E905 Kore 900 Electric Pasta & Noodle Cooker is a high-performance commercial pasta cooker designed for professional kitchens that need fast, consistent and efficient preparation of pasta, noodles and other boiled foods. Its compact 400mm-wide footprint makes it particularly useful where valuable kitchen space needs to be maximised without sacrificing cooking capacity.
The CP-E905 features a generous 40-litre GN 1/1 cooking well capable of accommodating three standard 1/3 baskets, with alternative basket configurations available for different portion sizes and cooking requirements. A powerful 12kW electric heating system uses AISI-304 stainless steel heating elements positioned directly beneath the well to heat water efficiently, while the energy regulator provides precise control over the heating intensity.
