Its special high-seal gaskets keep the vacuum intact for days after sealing with the MULTI.Day Hot Vacuum pump, so cooked food can be held at service temperature in EVEREO for up to 72 hours. Designed to pair with the TG111 and TG112/TG116 GN 1/1 vacuum trays.
