The Dito Sama TRK70 7L Variable Speed Cutter & Vegetable Slicer is a versatile professional food preparation machine designed to combine multiple processing functions into one compact commercial appliance. With its 3-in-1 design, the TRK70 operates as a cutter, emulsifier and vegetable slicer, allowing commercial kitchens to slice, grate, shred, dice, mix, mince, liquidise and chop a wide range of ingredients.
With a 7-litre stainless steel cutter bowl and performance of up to 550kg per hour, the TRK70 is designed for demanding food preparation environments. Its cutter mixer can process quantities from 150g up to 3.5kg, making it suitable for preparing sauces, fillings, dressings, emulsions, minced preparations and other processed foods in controlled batches.
