Apuro FC385-A - Double Contact Grill Ribbed Top Plates with Timer
Get the best of both worlds by using this double contact grill from Apuro. One side has a smooth base plate for a quick and even heat distribution. The other side has two ribbed upper plates that help to draw away grease and fat while also leaving attractive grill marks.
The compact design is perfect for countertop use, and the removable drip tray collects grease to keep your work surface as clean as possible. The drip tray also reduces the amount of fat on the plate creating a healthier and tastier alternative to pan frying.
Heat-up times are fast, which helps you cook to order and save on those running costs during quieter spells. The swivel-top plates also ensure consistent contact with the food at all times, distributing heat quickly and evenly to speed up your cooking times and ensure maximum efficiency.
