The Sirman 40107080 8mm Pasta Cutter is an optional cutting attachment designed for the Sirman Sansone XP range of commercial pasta sheeters. It enables freshly rolled pasta sheets to be cut into consistent 8mm-width strips, making it a practical addition for restaurants, pasta kitchens and foodservice operations producing fresh pasta in-house.
